Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies

I found this Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip recipe on Pinterest. You can find basically anything on Pinterest..especially recipes, if you just don’t know what to make for that special occasion.

Many of the ingredients that this recipe calls for can be found at home (for me, at least). But if not, they can be found at the local grocery store.

I mixed all the wet ingredients together.

Then, incorporated the dry into the wet.  (I cut back on the sugar, as I find the recipes tend to be really sweet. So I used a total of 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar.) And added the chocolate chips.

The recipe makes 24 cookies, but I used a standard ice cream scoop for even sized-cookies. And that made 10 large-even cookies.

Because the cookies were bigger, I baked them for 14 minutes.

Why I recommend this recipe?
1. The ingredient are plain and simple
2. It doesn’t take long to prepare and bake
3. These cookies can be made and brought to a party/ event on the same day, if you’re having trouble finding something to bring
