Classic Banana Muffin Twist

I’m always trying to ways that I can incorporate more healthy foods into my diet. I was very pleased to how my take on Skinny Taste’s Petite Chocolate Chip Banana Loaves turned out.

Instead of using apple sauce (I’m paranoid and don’t trust (some) premade stuff) I grated a raw apple into the mixture.

I used white chocolate chips cause they were in my fridge for quite sometime.

The batter was pretty thick from what I can remember. But I didn’t fuss and try to thin it out. I scooped them into individual muffin liners and baked them for 40 minutes.

I think it’s a thing my mom and I like to do. We like to top our banana muffins with chopped walnuts and or almonds. It just taste better with that extra crunch.
