Every other week, Dennis and Amanda cook dinner for the family, alternating at each other’s homes. It’s a new thing that they’ve adapted, and it’s good, in my opinion. : )
This past week, it was Korean themed. My mom had a sample of smoked Korean duck, that was oven reheated. And we had many appetizers, hence the plastic boxes. Dennis cooked Yukgaejang (spicy beef soup with bean sprouts). Amanda made Japchae (glass noodles). We used the duck as a wrap, with lettuce and pickled wasabi radish.
