The best positive thing that I probably can think of when it comes to the fall/ winter season is the having a hot pot, every so often. I love the ability to cook my own food at the dinner table and having a variety of dipping sauces, from salty to spicy, and on top of that, just filling up my stomache to it’s full capacity.
My family has the typical hot pot favourites; tofu, mushrooms, fish, beef, udon, green chinese vegetables, radish. But we usually have more variety, including fishballs, shrimp, crab. But being the first hot pot of the season, I was satisfied. : )
